Training takes place twice a week.

  • Tuesdays - coached session

  • Thursdays - 5 mile club run

Alternate weeks are used for Hill\Scores or Speed sessions.

For January 2022 there will be Improve your 5k training sessions

  • Speed sessions begin from Water Lane Leisure Centre at 6.20pm for a 6.30pm start.

  • Scores sessions begin from Water Lane Leisure Centre at 6.20pm for a 6.30pm start.

  • Hills sessions begin from Clarkson Road, Oulton Broad meeting at the junction of Rock Road at 6.20pm for a 6.30pm start.

  • Please note ALL club runs will start from the sports centre​

  • 11th - Improve your 5k - Sports Centre

  • 18th - Improve your 5k - Sports Centre

  • 25th - Improve your 5k - Sports Centre

February

  • 1st - Hills - Clarkson Road

  • 15th - Scores - Sports Centre
